All price may vary depending on where they are being sent to. Not sure how much your commission will cost?  Our order form will give you an estimate as you go along, so don't worry!

Here's how we do our business:

1. You fill out an order form.
   
   • It will show you a rough price quote.
2. When we receive your request, we'll reply with a total price.
   • The price calculator is rather accurate -- the estimated is often around the same as the actual.
   • Prices are in US dollars.
   • You can negotiate the price with us if you have any problems with it. We can suggest making creative adjustments to the image to lower the cost.
3. When an agreement is reached, you can pay us with the following methods:
   • Our Paypal account is for credit card payments only.
   • Money Orders. Get one from your local bank.
   • Cash, products may cost more depending on where is being shipped to.
   • Sorry, we don't accept personal checks.
4. Once we receive the payment, we'll either get started on the commission or put you in the queue.
   • You can keep track of our progress on your picture with the status page.
   • We go down the queue list in order, but sometimes, there are exceptions. (ex; If you ordered an elaborate full CC piece and someone else after you ordered a quick doodle, we may do the doodle first because of the large amount of time it may take to complete your order compared to the 5 minutes the doodle would take.)
5. After we finish the sketch, we'll show it to you so you can tell us if we need to change anything.
   • We can change things as you wish a few times, but please understand that being asked to change something too many times is troublesome and costly of time to us.
   • Please review the sketch carefully. Any changes to an inked drawing may be difficult and/or alter the quality, especially when it's not done digitally. If you want any changes to be made, it should be done during the sketched stage.
   • Once you're satisfied with the sketch, we'll finish the rest.
6. When we're finished, we'll send you a high-res version of your picture, and mail off your print if you ordered one!
   • All prints are done on high quality glossy photo paper and mailed by standard post in sturdy envelopes. Prints come in the standard sizes (ex;  8.5" x 11", 5"x 7", 3" x 5")
